Hart 20V packs are getting scarce. KeepYourTools is a HyperTough 20V battery adapter for Hart 20V tools, built by moving the original Hart pack electronics into the adapter — not by faking a 2-wire cheat.
The adapter
We are not cloning a Hart pack. We take the communication board from a Hart pack and build an adapter around it so a HyperTough 20V pack can present itself the way a Hart tool expects.
The trade-in
Old Hart packs are supply, not trash. At launch you can buy the adapter at full price, then send packs in. After inspection we refund or credit you on the original PayPal invoice.
Questions people actually search
- Are Hart 20V batteries discontinued?
- Hart as a Walmart lineup is gone or going. Packs still show up in leftover listings, often out of stock. Plan as if official Hart 20V pack supply will not recover.
- Can HyperTough 20V batteries run Hart tools?
- Not by snapping them on. Different interface, and many Hart tools want pack electronics. That is the adapter we are finishing.
- Why do some Hart adapters only list 2-wire tools?
- Those adapters pass current and skip the pack brain. Fine for some vacuums and simple loads. A poor bet if you want one solution across Hart 20V tools.
- Will you buy my old Hart packs?
- At launch: send them after you order. We inspect, harvest usable PCBs, and credit the same PayPal invoice. Details and amounts will be published with checkout.
